Elegant vintage 14K yellow gold toi et moi style ring with two red garnet gemstones centered with a ribbon of diamonds in white gold. The 'toi et moi' design is French for 'you and me' with garnets crossing over in the front. The gemstones are elevated off the finger in a heavy gold mounting with a curving gold band. Garnet is the birthstone for January and the stone that celebrates the 2nd anniversary of marriage.
